Default candy to KW

I used
sugar 364g
liquid glucose 313g
gelatine(bloom 220) 45g

1. boiled sugar and glucose upto 111centigrade

2.let it cool until 85centigrade

3.add dissolved gelatine & citric acid

4.when set cut into pieces & coat in sugar.
