Peach Bread Pudding
Peach Bread Pudding
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 lb French bread
1 cup sliced peaches
6 egg yolks
1 pint heavy cream
1 tablespoon Peach Brandy
2 tablespoon light brown sugar (top)
1. Toast bread lightly and cut into cubes
2. Heat heavy cream, just till warm
3. Combine egg yolks and granulated sugar together
4. Add bread cubes, cream, and remaining ingredients together (except brown sugar)
5. Let soak for 5 minutes
6. Spray pan, add mix, top with brown sugar
7. Bake in water bath at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes firm
