Default Longhorn Lovers Ham

What you need:

12-14 lb. Ham
Brown sugar
Big can of sliced pineapple with juice

What You Do:

Place ham in roasting pan. Place sliced pineapple on top and sides of ham
with toothpicks. Mix pineapple juice with enough brown sugar to make
a runny paste. Pour some over ham saving some to baste as it is
cooking. Cover. Place in oven at lowest setting the night before.

You can get up every couple hours to baste with leftover juice but is
not required. The next day just let cook and baste uncovered until time
to eat. It is delicious and juicy and easy
