Beef Ragout
Origanlly from Pillsbury:Slow Cooker Recipes ("Ms. Leslie")
1 med onion, chopped
1 gr. bekk pepper, chopped
2 med carrots, chopped
1 lb beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 tsp blk pepper
1 jar tomato sauce
Layer ingreds in order given in slowcooker
Cover, cook on low for 8-10 hours
serve on warmed polenta slices or corn bread (also good on rice or egg noodles)
