You're on the right track! Don't stop now! You recognize the need to lose the weight and to start eating a healthier diet. Now - to be successful you need to use your head.
You want to do this is a safe and healthy manner.
example: a close friend of mine hit 295 and she is only 5'2" tall - reads all about the Adkins diet - so she says that is the diet for her - 3 months on the diet - eating all the ice cream, bacon, fats, etc. she could - and she lost 80 pounds
sure as shootin' - the day she put carbs in her outh she started to gain it all back - and more to boot
her doctor told her that the diet was NOT for her and had screwed her up to the point that she could not lose weight at all
2 years later - she went on a sensible eating plan - very sensible and she lost weight sensibly and it has stayed off
