I meant the "extra" dip in the dressing from the salad as well - and if I use only olive oil with a bowl of tomatoes and onions - I get lots of luscious juices! Just wedges of tomato, onion, oilive oil (no vinegar or lemon juice at all), add salt and pepper - stir it up and let it sit on the counter for about 1/2 hour and its makes the best dressing ever! I sop it up with Italian bread or a good sloppy sammie - and if you make a tomato onion sammie out of it - you have to eat it over the sink! It is soooooo good.
