fake BBQ steak and roasted veggies
Today it's fake BBQ'd steak -
Steak is in the crockpot, well seasoned and when just about done I'll transfer it to my electric grill and slather on the BBQ sauce and finish cooking it. I forgot to take the steak out of the freezer yesterday and I don't like cooking frozen meats - but it was my own fault.
Serving with chunky roasted veggies - taters, vidalia onions, carrots and of course a large green salad with and oil/wine vinegar vinaigrette.
Dessert for today - root beer floats.
