Hello!
I'm cooking for the parents tonight. Unfortunately, my Dad has only bought 2 chicken breasts, but there's 3 of us! In this situation, we usually chop up the chicken and pad it out with some onions and peppers, some garlic and maybe some chilli.. and throw it all together in a tomato based sauce or something similar..
BUT! I fancy something different tonight
so has anyone got any ideas? There's a couple of chicken breasts, a pack of bacon and
most 'normal' veg that you would find in an English person's fridge.
