Default need help for fried chicken breading (like at dennys)
hi,

i love fried chicken. i know how to season the breading etc. by myself. the only thing i could not find out is how to make a real thick crispy breading. i mean like a breading that the chicken strips have from dennys. anyone got an idea? maybe anyone that has a recipe for fried chicken like at dennys? thanks
