Hi Mr. Hahn -

There are a couple of things that can be done - some people use coarsely crushed croutons for their breading, some will (after dipping in egg or eggwash or buttermilk), press your chicken into your crumb mixture coating both sides well, shake off excess and dip back into the egg/eggwash/or buttermilk, and press again in the crumbs, refrigerate or freeze for 30 minutes, fry or bake - if frying or deep frying make sure your oil is hot and at the right temp.
