HAMBURGER CUTLETS PARMESAN

2 lbs. ground chuck
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. unsifted flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. salad oil
6 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In large bowl, lightly toss beef with parsley, seasoned salt and pepper until well combined. Shape into 6 patties, 1/2 inch thick.
2. Roll each patty in flour, coating both sides, then dip in egg; finally roll in bread crumbs.

3. In hot oil in large skillet, cook patties until nicely browned on both sides. Arrange in one layer in 12x8x2 inch baking dish.

4. Top each patty with a slice of Mozzarella; pour spaghetti sauce over all, then sprinkle with Parmesan.
