when I get "lazy" I will place a pepper on the burner to char - when I'm not rushed I'll take the time to remove the stems, slit, clean out the seeds and membranes and depending on the number of burners I'm using for cooking and what's going on in the kitchen - I may just plunge them in boiling water and skin - just a typical woman who can be unpredictable -

what I'm making -
if I feel like waiting for the water to boil -
how many I have to do -
if it's something I am making ahead of time -
etc, etc, etc, etc
