Tartar Sauce for Fresh Fish
Ingredients:
1 quart mayonnaise
1/2 pint sweet relish
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 point cold water
1/2 cup ground onions
1/2 cup ground celery
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Serve with fried seafood or salad. Makes 1-1/2 quarts. Keep refrigerated.
