Meatloaf
A perfect day for the oven - so an oven meal it is!
Meatloaf with raisins - ground chuck, eggs, breadcrumbs, seasonings, and raisins - I put tomato soup in the mix and I spread tomato soup over the top.
I'm also in the mood for roaster taters - chunked taters tossed in oil and seasoned roasted until done.
Peas and corn.
Simple salad.
