Baked Halibut in Parchment Paper
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of ½ lemon
Pinch basil
Pinch oregano
1 halibut steak (or other)
salt and pepper
2 thin lemon slices
4 capers
Combine oil, lemon juice, basil and oregano; spoon over both sides of fish.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place fish on piece of parchment paper. Lay lemon slices and capers on top of fish. Seal paper and tie. Put in a baking dish.
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
Serve hot sealed in parchment.
