How about doing the same for Beef and all the cuts of beef. It would really help us as we are living in Lima, Peru and can not even figure out how to get prime rib, rib steaks, filet megon, beef ribs, etc. down here?

Nor can I find liquid smoke, or liquid hickory smoke, got any copycat recipes for this and we are looking for the following recipes, if anyone has them, Please???
