This is the best recipe!! After shredding the meat, I put it in a braising pan , added the crock pot juice a cup at a time, added some salt and coriander and powdered onion and let the meat cook down the liquid. Let the meat brown as the liquid evaporates. This resulted in a nice "bark" finish to the meat and it intensified the flavor. Add some remaining juice from Crock pot to keep the meat moist.
