Cheese Sauce for Vegetables
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
dash salt and pepper
3/4 cup cheese, grated
Blend butter and flour together, cook 1 minute.
Add milk and boil until thickened.
Remove from heat, add seasonings and cheese, stirring constantly until cheese is melted.
Makes 1-3/4 cups.
