Welsh Rarebit
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp prepared mustard
1/2 lb American cheese, grated
1/2 cup ginger ale
1 egg
Melt butter; add seasonings and grated cheese.
Stir until cheese is soft, heating over low heat.
Add ginger ale, then the slightly beaten egg.
Stir until thick.
Serve on toast or crackers. For 4.
