Cheese Appetizer

2 egg whites
1 cup grated cheese
dash of cayenne
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs

Beat egg whites stiff.
Add cheese, cayenne and breadcrumbs.
Pat into small balls and fry in hot deep fat (375) until light brown.
Makes about 16 balls.
