Default Onion Cheese Pie
Onion Cheese Pie


3 med sliced onions- sauté in butter till brown
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs beaten
1/2 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 prepared 9 in pie shell

Put all this in a 9 in pie crust. Bake @ 300 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
