Salmon Cream Cheese Spread
Ingredients:
1 can (3 oz. or so) salmon, drained
1/4 cup light cream cheese
1/4 cup low fat sour cream or plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons chopped green onion or chives
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Blend all ingredients together in a small bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
This is great on bagels and crackers.
