Funnel Cakes
5 eggs
3 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups flour
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 teaspoons baking powder
10 teaspoons sugar
Toppings
powdered sugar
canned fruit , fillings
Combine ingredients in order given. Slowly pour mixture through a funnel into hot oil. Crisscrossing using finger as a stopper. Fry until golden, top with favorite toppings. 6 servings
