wedding/funeral potatoes
one bag of Obrien potatoes or raw potatoes apx 3 cups diced with 1/4 cup green and red peppers diced small and 1/4 cup onion diced small
1 clove garlic crushed
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup dry white wine (optional)
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup onions diced
mix all ingredients and place in an oven proof dish and cook frozen potatoes at 350 for apx 45 minutes if using raw potatoes cook for apx 1 hour or until potatoes are done and top is slightly browned.
THis is called funeral/wedding potatoes because it is served at these occasions or at any pot luck
