Walnut Sauce
1/4 cup butter
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp minced parsley
1 tsp salt
In 9-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, lightly brown walnuts, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat.
Begin 15 minutes ahead.
