Caribbean Curry Goat
2 lb goat
2 large onions
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 Cloves garlic, chopped
2 Scallions, chopped
2 tbsp allspice
2 tsp ginger
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 bunch herbs
2 clove garlic chopped
2 tbsp curry powder
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
salt and pepper to taste
Heat vegetable oil and add garlic, scallions, pepper, curry, allspice, chicken broth, and ginger. Cook for 5 minutes then add the goat and remaining ingredients. Simmer 1-½ hours until meat is tender.
