Hi everyone! Had a family barbecue and I made Kitchen Witch's apple spice dump cake. Everyone loved it! I omitted the nutmeg because it gives me heartburn
and there's already nutmeg in the allspice. I would say that this version is like an apple crisp. I didn't have any pecans so I used slivered almonds; gave it a nice crunch. I also froze my butter and shredded it ,like you would cheese, and prinkled it all over the cake - this worked well. All in all, not bad!
