I am also looking for a whole chicken/hen marinade that does not utilize "strange" items. Something down to earth that keeps the chicken tender with no strange flavors. As I stated previously, my daughter is picky
I would like something similar to the marinade found on such chicken as Applebee's chicken, just something to kick it up a notch
