Mocha Cream Sauce
(about 2 cups)
2 egg yolks
1/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 cup strong coffee
1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Beat egg yolks until somewhat thickened. Beat in sugar and salt and stir in coffee.
Cook over simmering water, stirring, until thickened. Chill; fold in whipped cream.
