Almond Cappuccino
2 qt Brewed coffee
1 qt Evaporated skim milk
1/2 tb Vanilla extract
1 ts Almond extract
Combine coffee, milk and sugar in a large saucepan or Dutch oven. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Heat and stir in extracts. Serve hot. Yield: 16 (8 oz.) servings.
