Figure Molding/Birthday cakes

I could use some recipes,instructions for molding figures animals characters,

and flowers for childrensyarbroughkatheri@bellsouth.net birthday cakes and or cupcakes.Any Ideas?I do all of the birthday and special occassion cakes for the grandchildren,so far I have used a lot of candy molds as well as cake molds,but what I am looking for is recipes that will hold there shapes? Thankyou ,
