I have a bread machine with about six small bread machine recipe books. But I can not remember if you can use the dough only cycle then bake in a regular oven. If so, what is the temperature and for how long?

Yes you can. You can use the times and temps for bread recipes from other cookbooks

Thats how I make all of my bread right. I always let the bread machine do most of the hard work and I get the credit for the bread i give out to my neighbors.
