All Purpose Marinade

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1/4 cup bourbon, dry sherry or dry red wine
1 tsp garlic powder
Freshly ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate in refrigerator. May also be used as a mop sauce during cooking process. This sauce is good on red meat, fish and chicken.

Teriyaki Marinade

One of a few that I have. Its good for beef or chicken...grilled or cooked indoors.

1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon salad oil
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 clove garlic, minced

makes: 1/3 cup

5 minutes total time to make.

Combine all ingredients in a container& mix until sugar dissolves.
Add beef or chicken, cover& refrigerate for at least 3 hours ( the longer the better), stirring often.

Please try our search and type in marinade for many more recipes.
