Pat -

try coating your chops with lemon pepper seasoning (that's it!) and skillet fry in a bit of olive oil - when done remove from pan and keep warm
add to pan 1/4 cup chicken broth and about 6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar and add a pat of butter (about 1 tablespoon); stir to melt the butter and cook till you have the conssitency of a syrup; spoon over chops to serve
