Does anyone have the recipe for Mom's Pantry Product garlic spread?

not mom's but you may be able to tweak this -

1 garlic head - roasted in olive oil until soft (wrapped in foil - 400* F. 40 minutes)
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened (i use FF)
2 ounces goat cheese
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
salt & freshly ground black pepper
2-3 tablespoons milk
chopped fresh chives or parsley (to garnish)

Cool garlic, squeeze out cloves, mash with fork adding milk, combine with remaining ingredients.
