Default PF Chang Mongolian Beef recipe

I thought Mongolian Beef was supposed to be spicy, however I see no hot spice in the most recent recipe received today.

I don't know how PF Chang makes their Mongolian Beef, but none of the recipe books I've collected and none of the recipes from the Chinese Caterer that I once moonlighted with include spicy heat in any form for Mongolian Beef. You can always add chili pepper oil or red chili flakes (when you heat the oil for stir frying) to any dish if you want to make it spicy hot. If it is spicy hot Chinese food that you like, look for recipes from Hunan or Szechuan provinces. If you have an idea of what you would like, just ask; I'm sure I can find something for you.
