Sweet and Sassy Ribs

2 lbs. pork ribs 1/2 c. apple butter 1/2 c. honey barbecue sauce 1/4 c. chopped onion
Boil ribs for 45 minutes. Combine sauce ingredients. Put ribs on grill baste with sauce turning every 15 minutes cook for 30 minutes.
You can also put the ribs on the grill without boiling first. Put ribs on grill cook for 30 minutes, turn every 15 minutes. Baste with sauce cook 15 minutes turn baste again and cook 15 minutes more. I like to boil them first because it makes for more tender ribs.

Very good. I like the taste the apple butter gives it.
