Default Asking for sauce help

Hi, for 4th of July this year I'm planning on pulled pork sandwiches. I'v got good receipes for rub, Carolina style sauce and slaw. I would also like to offer a memphis style sauce, but am having trouble finding a good receipe.

Can anybody here offer some help?

Thank you in advance; e-weasel

1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir together the ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, hot pepper sauce, garlic powder, mustard powder, and salt. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before brushing on your favorite meat.

makes 3 c.:

1 c. ketchup
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. paprika
1 ½ t. onion salt
1 t. dry mustard

Combine. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes to thicken slightly. Stores in fridge for up to 2 weeks.
