Spinach & Strawberry Salad


1/2 -1 tsp Red Hot sauce

1/2 tsp Sesame Seed Oil

1 tsp Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Apple cider Vinegar

2 Tbsp Lemon Juice

4-5 tsp of Sugar

Microwave above to melt sugar.


Then add 1/2 cup Light Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing. Add 2 tsp Sesame Seeds. Shake together and pour some to coat below. Serve on side for people to add more dressing as desired.

1 Purple Onion Diced or cut to your liking

1 package Spinach Salad (you may add other salad package to your liking) I added 1 package Romaine salad.

1 tub Strawberries Sliced (Kiwi & Mandarin Orange segments optional)

Ground Salt & Ground Pepper and Mrs. Dash to your liking.
