Cheeses and Corresponding Wines

Here's a list of popular cheeses and corresponding wines for your next cheese and wine tasting party.

RED WINES

Bardolino with Asiago
Merlot with Brie
Beaujolais with Feta
Bordeaux with Havarti
Chianti Riserva with Provolone.

WHITE WINES

Chardonnay with Brick, Mild Cheddar, Sharp Cheddar, wensleydale, Brie.

Gewurztraminer with Wensleydale, Gouda, Mild Cheddar.

Sauvignon Blanc with Chevre (goat cheese).

Sauternes with Blue Cheese.

CHAMPAGNE

Champagne with Mild Cheddar, Colby, Brie, Edam.
