To keep celery from wilting, remove plastic wrap if there is one and wrap it in aluminum foil when you bring it home from the market. It will keep fresh for weeks!

Thanks for this great tip. I tried it, and it works. Now my celery lasts longer in the refrigerator. Used to throw out a lot of celery because it would go soft.... NOT ANYMORE! Great post!!
