Fix the whipped cream that won't whip......
When cream is beaten, air bubbles form to help the mixture solidify and expand. However, over time the bubbles deflate, causing the mixture to collapse.
After about 30 seconds of beating, slowly add sugar (2 T. per 1 c. whipping cream). The sugar crystals coat the walls of the air bubbles, creating a sturdier whipped cream and preventing the fluffy dollops from deflating.- Check out my new blog: http://mamassecretrecipes.com
