Alka Seltzer does this............

Use Alka Seltzer to:

1 - clean drains! Drop four tablets in a clogged drain with a cup of vinegar; wait 15 minutes and flush with hot water.


2 - clean the commode! Add four tablets to your toilet and let them bubble. Wait 20 minutes then swipe with a brush.


3 - make vases sparkle! Drop 2 tablets into a vase filled with warm water to fizz away stains.


4 - soothe insect bites! Cover a tablet with 1/2-inch water then apply to a bite. The aspirin in the Alka Seltzer with soothe the sting.


5 - wash dirty pans! Fill a caked-on glass pan with water and 6 tablets. Rinse 20 minutes later - no need to scrub.


6 - shine your gold jewelry! Just let it bubble for five minutes in a glass filled with water and 2 tablets, then rinse and dry.


NOTE: I have not tried this yet - but I am wondering how it would work in a crockpot??? I will try this the next time I use my crockpot and let you know.
