soggy popcorn???
If you are like me - a nice big bowl of hot buttered popcorn goes well with a good movie!
Of course, I prefer my popcorn popped on the the stovetop or in the air-popper.
While popping, I melt my butter in a small saucepan; transfer my popcorn to a large bowl, drizzle with melted butter, sprinkle with salt and lightly toss.
But what if your popcorn is soggy?
Are you using margarine in place of butter?
Margarine has a higher water content in it and when melted will make your fresh popped popcorn soggy......(yucky!)
Try using real butter the next time for that old-fashioned flavor of theater popcorn!
