Honey Mustard Dressing
Here is an interesting dressing idea
Ingredients
1/3 cup water 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar 2 Tbsp Modified Corn Starch* (optional) 3 Tbsp mustard 3 Tbsp honey Several twists of fresh ground pepper
Directions
1. Mix water, vinegar and Ultra Gel with a wire whisk. 2. Add mustard, honey and pepper and mix well.

"Modified Corn Starch" in the ingredients, "Ultra Gel" mentioned in the instructions. Are they the same and what exactly are they? No picture either.
What's a "Henway" you ask? About 4-5 pounds usually.

Modified cornstarch - the method used to modify cornstarch so that it easily dissolves in a cold or hot liquid without having to boil the liquid first.
