"Modified Corn Starch" in the ingredients, "Ultra Gel" mentioned in the instructions. Are they the same and what exactly are they? No picture either.
What's a "Henway" you ask? About 4-5 pounds usually.

Modified cornstarch - the method used to modify cornstarch so that it easily dissolves in a cold or hot liquid without having to boil the liquid first.

Ultra Gel - a modified food starch made from waxy maize (corn) which can be used to thicken hot or cold foods without cooking.
