Christmas Scent

This is really not a cooking tip but it is a tip. I use this Christmas scent recipe every Thanksgiving and Christmas to help keep my house with that holiday festive smell...I love the holidays

4 cinnamon sticks
2 Bay leaves
16 whole cloves 2 tsp.
2 tsp. whole allspice
1-1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 lemon sliced
1/2 orange sliced
2 quarts water

DO NOT DRINK!!!!
Mix ingredients except the fruit in a pot with the water. Bring to a boil than reduce heat to a simmer. Add fruit slices and continue to simmer.
