Leftover wine

I pour leftover wine into ice cube trays and freeze. This way when I cook and need wine, I don't have to open a new bottle just for a small amount.

I put the unused wine, after it is frozen, in freezer bags to store.

Very good Idea!
I do the same for chicken/beef stock!
