Converting Conventional Recipes For The Crockpot

CONVERTING CONVENTIONAL RECIPES FOR THE CROCKPOT

If the conventional recipes calls for cooking 30 minutes on medium heat:

---Cook in the crockpot 4 to 6 hours on LOW OR
---1 1/2 to 2 hours on HIGH

If the conventional recipes calls for cooking 45 minutes on medium heat:

---Cook in the crockpot 6 to 10 hours on LOW OR
---3 to 4 hours on HIGH

If the conventional recipes calls for cooking 60 minutes on medium heat:

---Cook in the crockpot 8 to 10 hours on LOW OR
---4 to 6 hours on HIGH
