Beer Fajitas

Beer Fajitas

2 Lb Tri Tip Meat, Sliced 3/4" Thick
1 8 Oz Can Tomato Sauce
1 12 Oz Can Of Beer (lager)
2 Teaspoons Mustard
3 Teaspoons Butter
3 Teaspoons Chili Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Garlic
1 Medium Green Bell Pepper Sliced
1 Medium Red Bell Pepper Sliced
1 Medium White Onion Sliced

1. In Crockpot Add All Of The Above Ingredients And Stir.

2. Cook On Low For 8 To 10 Hours. The Longer The Better.

3. Can Be Eaten With Tortillas, Served Over Rice, Or Eaten With Bread
