Crockpot Texas Hash

Crockpot Texas Hash

* 2 lbs. ground beef
* 2 sm. onions, chopped
* 2 green peppers, chopped
* 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
* 1 c. rice
* 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
* 2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
* 2 1/2 tsp. salt

Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Place in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Cook, covered on low for 6 to 8 hours, adding water if necessary. 8 servings.
